This image shows the V-n diagram for the Max Gross Weight case for a COZY MKIV IF it were in the Utility Category at Sea Level.
We can see that due to the higher load capability of 4.4 g's vs. 3.8 g's, all the speeds increase - Va goes to 149 mph, Vb to 155 mph, and Vc_min to 148 mph. Of course, Vs (stall speed) and Vne (Never Exceed Speed) don't change - Vs is set by the aerodynamics of the aircraft, not the strength, and Vne is a published maximum, which could be set by something other than structural strength.
