3/6/99
  1. Flox and 1 BID static line in place
  2. Glass 3 BID pad for adel clamp
  3. Glass 1 BID over rear of front auxiliary power I.P. hole
  4. Sand and trim previous layups
  5. Mount engine mount on fuselage
  6. Build engine stand - unpack engine
  7. Glass 2 BID front of cockpit light nacelles

  1. Make new nutplate holders for gascolator - mount gascolator
  2. Sand and trim previous layups
  3. Mount cockpit lights in nacelles and test
  4. Mount fuel pump on firewall - plumb primer valve
  5. Mount fuel filter on forewall - plumb all

3/12/99
  1. Make new nutplate holder for gascolator and fuel filter and primer bracket
  2. Mount everything
  3. Make bracket for primer valve

3/13/99
  1. Wire primer and fuel pump - use adel clamps - make nutplate holder for firewall
  2. Fit 2" foam to firewall for cowling lip - cut glass
  3. Make mixture cable bracket

3/14/99
  1. Glass 4 BID cowling lip top and bottom
  2. Flox and glass 1 BID all nutplate holders
  3. Continue making mixture cable bracket
  4. Make engine hoist
  5. Lift engine onto engine stand
  6. Replace oil adapter with B&C oil filter adapter - replace vernatherm and install oil temp sender
  7. Install vacuum pump on engine
  8. Safety wire oil filler tube

3/20/99
  1. Install Ellison on engine
  2. Install engine mount on engine
  3. Mount engine on firewall
  4. Drill holes for throttle and mixture cables
  5. Test attach throttle and mixture cables to Ellison
6 hrs
