  1. Map positive and negative busses
  2. Leak test left tank with refrigerator leak tester guy - find tentative small leak at fuel valve tube fitting

  1. Wire fuel gauge and senders - right sender not working correctly
  2. Begin wiring Oil Temp./Oil Pressure gauge

  1. Glass 4 BID batter holder centered on spar - 3/8" foam under with 2 BID floor
  2. Make nutplate holder for battery solenoid
  3. Position and mount battery solenoid, shunt, and ground bus on firewall
  4. Connect essential bus #10 wire to battery solenoid
  5. Connect battery master switch ground wire to battery solenoid

  1. Remove right sender
  2. Bake 6 hrs. at 220 degrees F

  1. Test sender - works!  Re-install in right tank
  2. Contine wiring on inside firewall
  3. Make battery hold down strap

  1. Continue electrical wiring
  2. Begin gascolator/fuel pump installation
  3. Run wires for Oil Temp/Oil Pressure gauge through firewall

  2. Finish #2 wiring to starter solenoid
  3. Finish #4 wiring to shunt/Master bus
  4. Finish 5/8" tubing for vacuum system through firewall

  1. Receive and unpack ungine mount - gascolator interference!!!
  2. FLox and glass battery and solenoid nutplates in place
  3. Glass 5 BID pad on top right engine mount firewall surface so mount will sit flush

  1. Wire MAC stick grip
  2. Install intercom and test
  3. Layup 3 BID pads - lower I.P. stiffener and inside face main spar for Adel clamps

  1. Begin fitting throttle quadrant
  2. Cut throttle handle and cable holder - try to fit in console with brake damper
  3. Make plywood and urethane "nacelles" for cockpit lights - shape to mount under upper longeron 1" back from front of luggage opening

  1. Solder ends on #4 Master BUs wire - test system and ammeter
  2. Continue fitting (2) from 2/20/99
  3. Dress bottom wires behind I.P.

  1. Grind throttle handle to get lower angle
  2. Fit throttle cable holder to console side - drill and position holes
  3. Re-fit microswitch for throttle position/alarm wire
  4. Continue wiring for cockpit light nacelles

  1. Finish wiring for cockpit nacelles
  2. Wire westach backlights to dimmer
  3. Fit EGT/CHT switch to IP - need 3 BID layup
  4. Cut glass for nacelle and EGT/CHT reinforcing layups

  1. Replace step cable with longer throw locking cable
  2. Remove long handle on step - make room for Altitude Encoder
  3. Mount Altitude Encoder under pilot seat - install 1/4" aluminum static line from right side to encoder
