  1. Sand and trim previous layups
  2. Trim urethane foam to correct height behind TTE

  2. Micro and glass 2 BID T.E.
  3. Micro and glass 2 BID R57 strake interior
  4. Micro and glass 2 BID R33/ID baggage area interior
  5. Micro and glass 2 BID L.E. outside
  6. Micro and glass 2 BID Strake/Fuselage top

  1. Begin fitting O.D. bulkheads
  2. Ready sump for attachment
  3. Cut fuselage baggage cutouts to correct height
  4. Cut glass for strake L.E. layups - right strake!!!
  5. Glass L.E. inside right strake
  6. Glass and flox sump to fuselage/strake
  7. Micro baggage cutout rims

  1. Sand and trim previous layups
  2. Mount left fuel sender with black form-a-gasket
  3. Fit turtleback to fuselage - trim flanges
  4. Fit 2 center firewall pieces
  5. Cut foam firewall center piece
  6. Destroy Ryobi tool
  7. Attach canopy for fitting
  8. Cut glass for turtleback layups
  9. Clean up - vacuum

  1. Pour foam between longeron and TB
  2. Flox turtleback in place
  3. Begin glassing 2-BID strips - TB/fuselage

  1. Finish glassing 2 BID TB/Fuselage
  2. Micro and glass right O.D. in place

1/15/99
  1. Trim and sand previous layups
  2. Cut glass for inside and outside engine mount reinforcements
  3. Cut foam for outer engine mount reinforcements
  4. Trim all firewall pieces to fit
  5. Flox center firewall pieces and foam in place - 1 BID
  6. Layup outer engine mount reinforcements - 5 BID

  1. Begin pressure test left tank - fix small leak at fuel cap
  2. Still small leak somewhere.....

  1. Unpack Ch. 23 Kit and ACS order

  1. Prepare for inner engine mount reinforcement layups
  2. Prepare for inner top strake/fuselage 2 BID joint
  3. Layup both - peel ply reinforcing layups
  4. Make 2" x 2 1/4" x 1/4" aluminum reinforcements

  1. Flox and 1 BID aluminum reinforcements in place
  2. Glass 1 BID inner wing mount aluminum pads  - where it had come off

    FINISH CHAPTER 18

  3. Work on strobe wiring

  1. Continue strobe/nav wiring - finish
  2. Work on alarm wiring and microswitch mounting

  1. Test alarm system - works OK
  2. Review whole electrical system - re-familiarize - plan rest
