- Begin installing ribs - flox R33 and R57 in place
- Micro and 1 BID R33 and R57
- Layup 4 BID sump in place on fuselage
- Flox BAB bulkhead in place

- Cut access hole in strake underneath for outer bolts
- Layout and begin cutting holes for fuel cap and fuel sensor in strake top

- Trim and sand previous layups and sump
- Finish fuel sensor and cap holes - cut foam for sensor bottom
- Fit top strake - trim ribs
- Cut and fit mini-rib in front of drain hole - fit plate for drain

- Cut glass for fuel sensor/cap areas
- Cut glass for rear inside top strake layup
- Sand inside top strake for epoxy layer - mark ribs
- Cut and fit wire mesh for fuel sump hole
- Begin fitting vent and fuel injection return lines

- Lay up rest of rib 1 BID layups
- Micro and glass vent lines in place
- Flox and glass fuel cap and sender plate in place
- Flox and glass drain plate in place in strake bottom
- Layup 1 BID trailing edge strake top

- Cut glass for T-hat ribs and reinforcements and sump
- Layup epoxy layer - inside top strake

- Tape inside of strake top for T-hat layups

- Flox, micro and glass 2 BID "T-hat" sections - place top striake and weigh
down.

- Remove top strake
- Trim and sand all T-Hat layups - prepare for 1 BID reinforcing layups
- Begin micro and 1 BID T-Hat to ribs
- Remove wood end block from spar (for positioning of strake)
- Flox lip on fuselage for strake top sealing

- Cut glass for rest of T-Hat reinforcing layups
- Glass 1 BID T-Hat reinforcing layups
- Start urethane pour foam behind TTE rib
- Refill and clean epoxy pump
- Cut glass for rest of top strake layups
