  1. Make last 3 LWA9 bushings

  1. Flox lower right strake to fuselage/spar

  1. Glass 2 BID strake/spar inside
  2. Glass 2 BID strake/fuselage outside
  3. Flox 3 ribs (R57, R33, TTE) in place and glass 1 BID

  1. Trim and sand previous layups
  2. Cut hole in strake top for fuel filler cap

  1. Mark and cut hole for right tank fuel gauge sender
  2. Mark and cut 1-1/4" hole for fuel sump
  3. Make sump mold - cover with box tape and attach to fuselage
  4. Mark and cut small baffle for fuel drain corner - front of tank
  5. Cut out area for fuel drain aluminum plate
  6. Flox gas cap base, fuel gauge base, drain plate in place - add 1 BID
  7. Glass 1 BID tape strake bulkhead - flox last bulkhead in place
  8. Glass 1 BID 1-1/4" sump hole area

  1. Glass bottom of fuel sensor - foam and 1 BID
  2. Glass bottom of fuel cap - 1 BID
  3. Glass 1 BID - rest of bulkheads
  4. Glass fuel sump - 4 BID over box tape

6/20/98
  1. Run wingtip wires - right wing
  2. Trim and sand all previous layups
  3. Make 1-1/4" hole screen cover
  4. Fit right and left fuel lines - tank to rear spar area
  5. Drill and tap fuel drain pad - front corner of tank
