- Finish stick P.T.T. wiring - install both sticks
- Install canopy seal - adjust canopy latches - seal fuselage top
- Install elevators - rig elevator pushrods
- Install oil cooler & new gascolator
- Install propeller - safety wire bolts - do spinner after flight
- Test radio - some hum - try again when outside and further away

- Re-safety wire prop - torque to 40 ft-lb.
- Install I.P. labels
- Cut nose door to allow full swivel - NO CAN DO!
- Fill engine with oil - install oil filter

- Fab. gear legs heat shields - 1/8" aluminum
- Install gear leg heat shields
- Grease and install main whell bearings and wheels
- Trim vent lines
- Install strake gas drains and pitot tube
- Install gas cap retainers
- Clean up

- Polish canopy/windows scratches and spots
- Measure interior for upholstery - find auto upholsterer
