  1. Mount engine with new mount
  2. Fix vacuum and primer lines for higher engine
  3. Trim and fit cowlings and baffles - need to modify air filter housing and fuel line between pumps

  1. Continue air filter housing modifications
  2. Prepare under pilot seat for ELT installation - I.P. for remote indicator
  3. Prepare lower cowling for rear baffle installation

4/8/01
  1. Continue above
  2. Layup 3 BID ELT depression
  3. Layup 2 BID inside air filter box
  4. Layup 2 BID lower rear cowling baffle - micro all baffle edges in lower cowling
6 hrs
4/20/01
  1. Sand and trim airbox for exterior 2 BID layup
  2. Sand and trim ELT mount
  3. Make aluminum plate for ELT remote I.P. mount - mount in panel
  4. Mount ELT antennae on pilot seat back - run coax cable
  5. Begin oil cooler mounting - cut hole in lower cowling, right side

  1. Layup 2 BID airbox exterior
  2. Layup 4 BID oil cooler mount
  3. Fabricate 1/8" aluminum retractable wing tie downs per Robin DuBois' plans on web
  4. Clean up

4/29/01
  1. Trim and sand previous layups
  2. Flox and 1 BID oil cooler mount into lower cowling - right side
  3. Flox front rim of top cowling to match fuselage - will need micro
  4. Trim 1" off cowling rear
  5. Trim 4" off exhaust pipes
