  1. Trim and sand heat duct layup - rear fuselage
  2. Finish mounting cabin heat valve
  3. Continue fitting top cowl and baffliing
  4. Start oil cooler exit shroud planning
  5. Discover ENGINE MOUNT FABB'ED INCORRECTLY - APPROXIMATELY 1 1/2" LOW!!!

  1. Remove engine and mount - send mount to AeroCad
  2. Clean up
  3. Switch wings

  1. Prepare right wing for mounting

  1. Make right strobe mount plate - 1/4" plywood
  2. Mount right wing
  3. Fit cowls to right wing and each other
  4. Sand all wing layup areas

  1. Layup 5 BID cowling/wing lower flange
  2. Flox strobe mount plate in place - right wing tip
  3. Flox carb heat flap bushings into airbox
  4. Micro damage on left winglet tip
  5. Cut bottom cowl baffles from 1/4" foam
  6. Cug glass for bottom cowl baffles
  7. glass bottom cowl baffles 1 BID both sides

  1. Sand and trim previous layups
  2. Sand foam for right wing/strake joint - cut 2 BID glass
  3. Glass right wing/strake joint
  4. Glass 5 BID top cowl wing upper flange
  5. Glass 1 BID wing lower flange reinforcement
  6. Glass 1 BID strobe mount plate
  7. Re-bend crank breather tube
  8. Make new 1/8" aluminum exhaust pipe supports - install
  9. Attach Navaid servo to pushrod with linkage - need to adjust
  10. Mount tie wrap holder on autopilot servo box

  1. Trim and sand previous layups
  2. Glass 1 BID reinforcement wing upper flange
  3. Trim and fit lower cowling baffles to fit - glass side baffles in place 1 BID - micro and glass forward baffle
  4. Shorten autopilot servo feed wires
  5. Drill pilot holes in lower wing flange and cowling

  1. Trim and sand previous layups
  2. Mount top cowl - prepare for rear flange layups
  3. Drill pilot holes in upper wing flange and cowling
  4. Layup 5 BID rear inner top cowl flange

  1. Trim and sand previous layups
  2. Jig cowls together for outer rear flange layup
  3. Layup 5 BID outer rear flange layup
  4. Layup 1 BID rest of lower forward baffle

  1. Trim and sand previous layups
  2. Fit top cowling rear rib - cleco in place
  3. Flox top cowling rear rib in place
  4. Glass 1 BID outside right rear cowl flange

  1. Trim and sand previous layups
  2. Cut glass for top cowling rear rib, bottom cowling patches, wing/strake interface joint

  1. Trim and sand previous layups
  2. Prepare wing strake for 1st micro
  3. Sand top of left wing - prepare for 2nd micro

  1. Continue prep for next micro

  1. Micro top right wing and strake

  1. Continue micro top right wing and strake and left wing 2nd coat

  1. Sand top left wing and right wing

  1. Sand right wing

  1. Finish sanding right wing and winglet
  2. Clean both wings
  3. Micro both wings

  1. Sand both wings - prep for last micro on top surface
  2. Micro right wing and winglet - touch up left wing
  3. Start preparation for rudder stops - adjustable
