- Finish mounting cabin heat valve
- Continue fitting top cowl and baffliing
- Start oil cooler exit shroud planning
- Discover ENGINE MOUNT FABB'ED INCORRECTLY - APPROXIMATELY 1 1/2" LOW!!!

- Fit cowls to right wing and each other
- Sand all wing layup areas

- Layup 5 BID cowling/wing lower flange
- Flox strobe mount plate in place - right wing tip
- Flox carb heat flap bushings into airbox
- Micro damage on left winglet tip
- Cut bottom cowl baffles from 1/4" foam
- Cug glass for bottom cowl baffles
- glass bottom cowl baffles 1 BID both sides

- Sand and trim previous layups
- Sand foam for right wing/strake joint - cut 2 BID glass
- Glass right wing/strake joint
- Glass 5 BID top cowl wing upper flange
- Glass 1 BID wing lower flange reinforcement
- Glass 1 BID strobe mount plate
- Re-bend crank breather tube
- Make new 1/8" aluminum exhaust pipe supports - install
- Attach Navaid servo to pushrod with linkage - need to adjust
- Mount tie wrap holder on autopilot servo box

- Glass 1 BID reinforcement wing upper flange
- Trim and fit lower cowling baffles to fit - glass side baffles in place 1 BID - micro
and glass forward baffle
- Shorten autopilot servo feed wires
- Drill pilot holes in lower wing flange and cowling

- Drill pilot holes in upper wing flange and cowling
- Layup 5 BID rear inner top cowl flange

- Layup 1 BID rest of lower forward baffle

- Flox top cowling rear rib in place
- Glass 1 BID outside right rear cowl flange
