- Trim lower cowling flanges for fit

- Cut glass for flange layups
- Glass flange reinforcing layups - top and bottom
- Flox and glass vent tubes and center ramp

- Finish trim and sand previous layups
- Cut glass for bottom cowl - wing flange - 5 BID
- Glass bottom cowl - wing flange - 5 BID
- Sand top cowl for top/bottom flanges
- Prepare top cowl stiffener to fit

- Prepare lower cowling for strake/fuselage flange layup
- Cut glass for strake/fuselage flange layup - 5 BID
- Cut glass for top/bottom cowling rear flange - 5 BID

- Shape and hot glue foam for scoop lip
- Cut flass for scoop lip - 4 BID
- Micro and glass scoop lip
