This only works for plexiglas, some have claimed success with others, but I haven't had success. 1: stretch a garbage bag over the area, and lay up 4 plys BID, add some stiffening ribs that will also serve as a base for this female mold. 2: Coat the inside of the cured mold with parting wax (partall from Wicks, etc.), and lay up 4 plys BId for your male mold. no need for stiffeners. 3: On a cookie sheet with a layer of cotton flannel fabric between the sheet and the plexiglas, heat in your kitchen oven to 325F for about 10 minutes. 4: Your female mold should be lined with flannel, no folds. 5: Have available also a piece flannel for between the male mold. 6: Take the plexiglas out of the oven, and with heat insulated hands (gloves) quickly lay it on the female mold, place the flannel on top, and follow with the male mold, and hand pressure quickly. 7: In a few minutes it can be removed from the mold.
