Subject: COZY: Registering my Plane From: mbeduhn@juno.com (Mark W Beduhn) Date: Thu, 17 Apr 1997 00:19:03 EDT I am writing a letter to the FAA to register my Cozy MK IV #494 (which should be flying this summer). I have a couple of questions to you who have already done this: 1) What is the make? (COZY?) 2) What is the model? (Mark IV?) 3) What is the class? (Airplane, single engine, canard, land?) The rest of the questions are straight forward and won't be a problem. Thanks in advance, Mark Beduhn #494 in the finishing stages - sanding and filling and sanding and filling and sanding and filling..........my arms are getting sore! by InfoAve.Net (PMDF V5.1-5 #17060) with SMTP id <01IHSZSYJYHW9XKXIO@InfoAve.Net> for cozy_builders@hpwarhw.an.hp.com; Thu, 17 Apr 1997 08:10:47 EST Date: Thu, 17 Apr 1997 08:12:13 -0400 From: Jeff S Russell Subject: Re: COZY: Registering my Plane Organization: AEROCAD INC. Mark, You are the maker, model is what you want to call it, Wiss-bang Beduhn hopper Class (new one on me) I would think it to be "single engine" if "high performance" or such. I would call your local FAA on that one. They don't bite -- AeroCad Inc. This is not my opinion but merely reflects the fact that i can read > #494 in the finishing stages - sanding and filling and sanding and > filling and sanding and filling..........my arms are getting sore! Good luck - wish i were at your stage....:-) Chrisd #219
