Items like aluminum bushings are a snap. The elevator offsets look tough but the rudder pedals (which Brock wants $175 a set) are mainly cutting and welding. If you don't weld (I don't), you can probably find someone who will do it in your local EAA chapter. I paid less than $40 for rudder pedal materials and had extra left over for another builder.
